Ingredients: 3 mushrooms, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons chopped green onion, 4 garlic, mashed and 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
Exercise:
1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the pedicels for later use. Put it on a plate with the gills of the inner layer of the mushroom facing up.
2. Mix oil, onion, garlic and vinegar in a small bowl. Spread the prepared sauce evenly on the mushroom head and let it stand 1 hour.
3. Preheat the oven with medium-high fire, roast the mushrooms for about 10 minutes, turn them frequently and eat them while they are hot.
