1, cleaning and disinfection
Before raising fish, the pond should be disinfected and cleaned, preferably from early winter to early spring, and the fish must be strictly disinfected before entering the pond.
2. Types of fish.
You can release the fish earlier, not too late. It is easier to ensure high yield if you release the fish earlier. In the southern region, preparations for stocking fry begin every spring. At this time, the water temperature is still low, and the fry scales are tight, which is not easy to pull the net and transport.
3. Carrying capacity
The stocking density is related to environmental factors, feed conditions, species and specifications of fish species and so on, which is very flexible. If the pond conditions are good, the bait fertilizer is sufficient, and the fish species are much smaller, you can put more aerators and high-level culture techniques, otherwise the stocking density will be thinner.
4. Daily management
When raising fish, we should patrol the pond every morning, noon and evening to observe the dynamics of fish in the pond. During the day, you can combine feeding and water temperature measurement to check the activity and eating of fish. In high temperature season, when the weather changes suddenly, fish are prone to serious floating head.
Precautions:
Beginners should first manage the pond, weed and decontaminate it on time, and keep the water fresh and the pond clean.
The amount of water in the pond is also important. The pond should keep a proper amount of water, neither too much nor too little, which needs flood control and drought relief. Generally, water is injected every 10- 15 days according to the situation to supplement evaporation consumption, so that fish have sufficient and comfortable activity space and a good living environment.
