Zhongxiang's most famous specialty is "Panlong Cuisine", because it is said that it was eaten by Emperor Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty. Every household in Zhongxiang has to eat a dish during the Spring Festival. Of course, there are many local products, such as mushrooms from Ge Fen and Zhangji.
