Ingredients: 300g tenderloin, 50g hot pot seasoning, 5g pepper, 5g fragrant leaves, 20g cucumber, 20g starch, 5g soy sauce and 40g cabbage.
Method 1
1. Slice tenderloin, wash with clear water and drain.
2. Then, add soy sauce, oyster sauce and starch to the sliced meat and marinate for 10 minute.
3. Add hot pot seasoning, fragrant leaves and peppers to the oil pan and stir-fry to give a fragrance.
4. Then pour the broth, cabbage, cucumber and soy sauce into the pot and stir well.
5. Add the meat slices and cook until the color turns white.
6. Finally, put some coriander on it, and this cook the meat is ready.
