Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Pork belly 400g, sweet potato 100g, steamed meat powder 150g, ginger 5g. You can buy them in supermarkets in steamed meat powder, which is very common.

Step 4: Cut the sweet potato into pieces for later use.

Step 6: Put the steamed meat powder and slices into the bowl in turn.
Step 7: After all the meat slices are put away, put the sweet potatoes into the bowl. (Sweet potatoes should also be covered with a layer of steamed meat powder to taste good. )
Step 8: put the bowl into the steamer (there is still some steamed meat powder left in the dish, so I sprinkle it on the sweet potato to avoid waste). After the fire boils, turn to medium heat for steaming 1.5 to 2 hours.
Step 9: Put the steamed pork powder upside down on the plate, and then take down the bowl.
