350g rice flour, tomato 1 piece, diced, 4 shallots, 2kg cooked prawns, shelled, and 350ml Thai peanut butter.
working methods
1. Boil a large pot of water. Then add rice flour, cook for 3-5 minutes until soft, and drain.
2. In a medium bowl, pour rice flour, tomatoes, chopped green onion, shrimp and peanut butter. Cover and cool in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
