The recipe for home-style stir-fried shrimp is as follows:
Ingredients: 1 small plate of fresh shrimp, 1 winter squash, 1 tablespoon of XO sauce, half a red pepper, appropriate amount of oil and salt .
Steps:
1. Prepare raw materials.
2. After peeling the fresh shrimps, peel off the shrimp lines from the back of the knife; then add salt, cooking wine, starch and minced ginger, mix well and marinate.
