Taro Lipu.
Peel taro and cut it into smaller hob blocks.
Chop onion and coriander into powder and put them in a bowl for later use.
Mix oil, water, salt and soy sauce, mix well with taro pieces and put them on a plate.
After the water in the steamer is boiled, put it in the taro plate and steam for 25 minutes on high fire. Decorate the pan with chopped chives and coriander.
