Method 1:
Ingredients: 500 grams of pork ribs, 50 grams of soybeans, 10 jujubes, 20 grams of astragalus, 20 grams of Tongcao, appropriate amounts of ginger slices and refined salt.
Steps:
1. Wash the pork ribs, chop them into pieces, blanch them in a boiling water pot, take them out, wash them and control the water. Wash soybeans, jujubes and ginger. Wash astragalus and Tongcao and wrap them in gauze to make a medicine bag.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add ribs, soybeans, jujubes, ginger and medicine packets. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to simmer for about 2 hours. Remove the medicine packets and add refined salt to taste. Serve.
Method 2:
Ingredients: 50 grams of wolfberry, 50 grams of soybeans, 350 grams of ribs, 10 grams of ginger, 1200 grams of water. Seasonings: 5 grams of salt, 3 grams of chicken essence, 1 gram of sugar.
Steps:
1. Wash the soybeans and soak them in warm water for 3 hours before drying them. Wash the wolfberries, cut the ribs into pieces and boil them in water, and slice the ginger for later use.
2. Take a clean pot and heat it up, add water, ribs, soybeans, wolfberry, and ginger slices, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes to season. Serve.
