In many dishes, we prefer vegetables to meat, but it is too little without meat. I prefer cabbage and fungus to meat in this dish.
Raw materials: pork belly, Chinese cabbage, auricularia auricula, onion, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, refined salt, rock sugar, brown sugar powder, pepper and brandy.
Practice steps:
Step 1: Cut the pork belly into pieces with the length and width of1.5cm. ..
Step 2: Slice ginger and red onion.
The third step is to put the pork belly into the pot and open the fire.
Step 4, stir-fry the pork belly, put the meat aside, and pour off the excess oil, leaving the bottom oil.
Step 5, add ginger and onion and stir fry.
Step 6, stir fry for a while.
Step 7: Pour clean water into meatless noodles, and add 1 tbsp soy sauce paste, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tbsp refined salt, 6-8g crystal sugar and 1/0 brown sugar powder.
Step 8: When the juice is collected by strong fire until the remaining amount is about 1/2, Chinese cabbage and auricularia auricula are added and turned evenly.
Step 9, cover the pot, so that the cabbage is easy to cook and the fungus tastes for about 5 minutes.
Step 10: When stewing meat, free your hands to stir the starch water, add 1/2 tablespoons of raw flour and 2 tablespoons of water, and stir well.
Step 1 1: When the time is up, open the lid, taste it, pour in starch water and soak it evenly.
