Fried meat with bamboo shoots

Composition:

Bamboo shoots are eaten in grams.

1 red pepper

Lean pork 200 grams

Proper amount of cooking wine

Proper amount of soy sauce

Sweet potato starch content

Proper amount of vegetable oil

Proper amount of salt

Recipe practice:

1. Prepare bamboo shoots and red peppers.

2. Wash and shred peppers and bamboo shoots for later use.

3. Wash and shred lean meat, add proper amount of cooking wine, soy sauce and sweet potato starch and mix well for later use!

4. Wash and heat the pot, pour enough oil, and immediately pour the red pepper into the oil and stir fry.

5. After the oil temperature is heated, pour the mixed shredded lean meat into the pot, stir fry over high fire, and put it in reserve immediately after the meat becomes discolored.

6. Leave the excess oil of the fried meat in the pot, add some oil appropriately, and pour the shredded bamboo shoots into the pot to stir fry.

7. Pour the previously fried shredded pork into the pot and stir fry.

8. Add an appropriate amount of salt and about 15ml of water, stir-fry evenly, and drain.
