Exercise:
Slice or shred the green pepper, blanch the squid head with boiling water, and cut into sections for later use.
Stir-fry garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant, add green pepper, cook wine, stir-fry until the green pepper is almost cooked, add squid head, soy sauce, chicken essence, oyster sauce and a little stock. If there is no clear water, stir fry for a while and you can cook.
