Step 1: mince garlic and chopped green onion.
Step 2: Shell and gut the fresh shrimp, and then open the back.
Step 3, soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft, then take it out and drain it.
Step 4, heat oil in the pot, add half garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 5, add the vermicelli and stir well.
Step 6, put the vermicelli into a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, salt and soy sauce, and stew for 2 minutes.
