Practice 1: diced chilli shrimp

Materials:

Zanthoxylum bungeanum, dried capsicum, diced meat, dried shrimp, dried incense, salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and coriander.

Exercise:

1. Stir-fry a dozen peppers and some dried peppers.

2. Put the marinated diced meat into the pot and stir fry. Wash the shrimp skin. Then let the incense dry. Stir-fry all;

Season with salt/soy sauce/a little sugar. Put some sesame oil and coriander before cooking.

Practice: garlic shrimp skin

Materials:

Sun dried shrimp skin, garlic powder, dried pepper, salt, chicken essence and sugar.

Exercise:

1. Wash shrimps, mash garlic, and shred dried peppers;

2. Put oil in the pot, pour minced garlic and pepper when it is 50% hot, and stir fry;

3. Stir-fry shrimps with clear water. Slowly dry the shrimp with low heat.

4. Finally, add a little salt, chicken essence and sugar to taste.
