How can we not arrange a fat-reducing lunch box in summer?
1. Multigrain rice + scrambled eggs with onions
1. Eggs and onions.
2. Fry the eggs until cooked, add the onions,
3. One spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of oyster sauce, fry the onions until soft and serve.
2. Multigrain rice + stir-fried chicken with broccoli and mushrooms
1. Chicken breast slices, mushrooms and broccoli.
2. Pour a cup of cooking wine and a spoonful of light soy sauce into the chicken slices, and marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Fry the chicken slices until cooked, and stir-fry the mushrooms until soft.
