How to fry potatoes with onions?
Wash and slice potatoes, not too thin, or they will be easily broken and not too thick to cook. Soak the cut potato chips in clear water for a while, wash them and pick them up for later use.
If the onion is big, you can use half of it. The onion I chose is relatively small, so I cut one, cut it as big as possible, and then fry it when it is small.
Slice garlic with three petals, shred ginger, cut shallots, and put on a plate for later use.
Heat the hot oil in the pot to three minutes. Add pepper, garlic slices and shredded ginger until the fragrance overflows.
Add potato chips and stir fry to change color.
Then add the onion and stir fry.
