Ingredients: 1 cup, 2.5 cups of stock, 2 tablespoons of white wine.
Side dishes: 55G Spanish sausage, 4 asparagus tips, 5 fresh shrimps, tomato 1.
Seasoning: olive oil, sea salt 1.5 teaspoon, mozzarella cheese, dried parsley and dried rosemary.
The way of doing things
1. Wash tomatoes, cut them into small pieces, put them in a pot and add olive oil to stir fry.
2. Cut pepperoni and washed asparagus tips. If you can't buy this spicy sausage, I think pizza sausage will do.
3. Spread the washed rice. I recommend round rice, and I use long rice because it is the cheapest = = I only buy that kind at ordinary times.
4. Add stock, sprinkle Shanghai salt evenly, and bring to a boil. If there is no broth, use clear water. There happened to be a soup with mushrooms, kelp and fish fillets, and I thought it should match well, so I used it.
5.? After the water is boiled, spread the washed fresh shrimp on the surface. If there are shellfish materials, spread them together, pour wine on the shrimp surface, then press it and let it soak in the soup.
6. Turn to a low heat and keep it slightly boiling. Cover the pot and cook. Don't stir fry halfway until the water is almost dry and the rice grains are almost cooked.
7. Put the cooked rice into a container that can be put into the oven, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese, dried parsley and rosemary on the surface.
8. Send it into the preheated oven at 180℃ and take it out when the melted cheese is light yellow.
