Step 1
Cut the ribs first, wash and drain for later use. Then cut the lobster sauce and pepper for use.
Second step
Add 2 teaspoons of corn starch, about the size of a coffee spoon. Then stir well.
Third step
Pour a spoonful of cooking wine, mainly to remove the fishy smell of ribs.
Fourth step
