You can select sound effect settings in Change Sound.

1. Log in to the clip. On the mobile phone desktop, click on the Cutout APP and log in.

2. Open the clip. Click the editing menu to enter the main interface.

3. Start creating. Click Start Creating at the top of the main editing interface.

4. Import video. Click the Photos and Videos tab, click Video, open the video list, select the video to be edited, check HD quality, and click Add to import the video.

5. Click on the text. Click the text menu in the bottom toolbar.

6. Create new text. Click the New Text menu in the bottom toolbar to enter the text input interface.

7. Enter text. In the text input box, enter text to add text to the video.

8. Text reading. Click the text-to-speak menu in the bottom toolbar.

9. Tone selection. Click the Featured Dialects tab at the top to open the list and select a timbre.
