Seasoning: carrot 30g, green pepper 5g, onion 5g, light soy sauce 5g, pepper 1g, salt 3g, sesame oil 2g, edible oil 5ml, shredded ginger 5g and alcohol peanut 5g.
Practice steps:
1, put water in the pot to boil, pour in 30g celery, blanch for 30s and take it out.
2. Add 30 grams of beans into boiling water, blanch for 30 seconds, and then take them out.
3. Add 30g cauliflower, blanch for 30 seconds, and then take it out.
4. Add 20g of potato chips, blanch for 30 seconds and take them out.
5. Put celery, beans, cauliflower, potato chips and carrots into a bowl, then add cold noodles, green peppers and onions, and finally add 5g of soy sauce, 3g of pepper 1g, 3g of salt, 2g of sesame oil and a proper amount of pepper.
6. Put 5ml of cooking oil into the pot and stir-fry 5g of shredded ginger over high fire.
7. Add alcohol peanuts to the bowl and drizzle with hot oil.
8. Stir well.
