Do you know the method of kelp and Undaria pinnatifida?
1. Material: ribs 400g, Undaria pinnatifida (or kelp) 150g, onion slices, ginger slices, refined salt, yellow wine and sesame oil.

Exercise:

Step 1: soak Undaria pinnatifida, steam it in a steamer for about half an hour, take it out and soak it in clear water for 4 hours. Soak thoroughly, wash, control water and cut into cubes.

Step 2: wash the ribs, cut them along the bone with a knife, cut them into 4 cm sections, blanch them in a boiling water pot, remove them and wash them with warm water;

Step 3: Add 1000g of clean water to a clean pot, add ribs, onion slices, ginger slices and yellow wine, bring to a boil with strong fire, skim off the floating foam, simmer for about 20 minutes on medium fire, pour in Undaria pinnatifida, boil with strong fire for10 minute, take out ginger slices and onion slices, add refined salt to taste, and pour in sesame oil.

2. Materials: kelp (or Undaria pinnatifida) 100g, tofu 200g, ham sausage 60g, onion, ginger, oil and salt.

Exercise:

Step 1: put the tofu in the boiling water pot, take it out after three or five minutes, and let it cool;

Step 2: Wash the soaked kelp and shred it;

Step 3: cut the tofu into squares with appropriate size and slice the ham sausage;

Step 4: put a proper amount of oil in the pot, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant;

Step 5: add tofu and kelp, stir fry, and pour a bowl of water to boil;

Step 6: stew for 10 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, add ham sausage slices, stew for 10 minutes and then take out the pot.

3. Material: Undaria pinnatifida (or kelp) 1, 5 cloves of garlic.

Exercise:

Step 1: wash Undaria pinnatifida and cut into pieces;

Step 2: put oil in the pot, add garlic and fry Undaria pinnatifida for 1 min;

Step 3: Add a pot of water, bring to a boil, and turn to low heat for 20 minutes. Add salt and chicken powder to eat.
