Exercise:

Stewed daylily with Dictyophora indusiata Ingredients: lean pork 130g, water-borne daylily 120g, water-borne Dictyophora indusiata 90g, proper amount of salt and chicken essence, cooking wine, ginger slices and a little pepper.
Exercise:
1. Dictyophora dictyophora, daylily and lean pork are washed and cut into sections for later use.
2. Pour water into the casserole, boil it, add pepper, ginger slices, lean pork, day lily and dictyophora, pour cooking wine and stir well to remove the fishy smell. After boiling, simmer for about 20 minutes, add salt and chicken essence to taste, and then turn to high heat for a while until the soup tastes good.
3. After turning off the fire, take out the stew and put it in the soup bowl.
Guiling decoction materials: 1 scarab, 250g fresh Smilax glabra, 50g raw Coicis Semen, and three slices of ginger.

Kiwifruit tremella decoction
Ingredients: kiwi fruit 70g, tremella fuciformis 100g, rock sugar 20g, and proper amount of edible powder.
Exercise:
1. Wash and cut tremella into small pieces, peel kiwi fruit, wash and slice, pour appropriate amount of water into the pot to boil, add powder, mix tremella evenly and cook until boiling. Take out the tremella and drain for later use.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, bring the tremella to a boil, and simmer for 10 minute. Add kiwi fruit and mix well, add rock sugar, and cook until it melts and mix well to make the taste more uniform.
3. Take out the cooked sweet soup and put it in a bowl.
Milk white crucian bean curd soup
Ingredients: crucian carp, tofu, coriander, ginger, sunflower oil, salt and sugar.
Exercise:
1. Fish soup must be fresh and fish should be intact. Now all the food markets help you kill fish. Just go home and clean up.
2. Cut the tofu into small cubes, slice the ginger, wash and chop the coriander.
Pour a little oil into the hot pot, put the ginger slices first, and then fry the fish a little.
4. Add four bowls of water, cover the noodles, bring to a boil, and immediately change to low heat and simmer.
5. Soon, the soup will change color, and add the tofu to continue the stew.
About 6.30 minutes, the fish soup is already thick and milky white. Add some salt and a little soup and you can eat it.
Ingredients: 300 grams of ribs, 300 grams of white radish, 25 grams of green olives, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, ginger slices and chopped green onion.
Exercise:

Ingredients: pork bone, peanut beans, yam, sweet corn and carrots.

Astragalus porridge material: 30g of raw astragalus, 30g of raw coix seed, adzuki bean 15g, 9g of chicken gizzard-membrane, 2 kumquat cakes and 30g of glutinous rice.
Exercise:
1. Wash Radix Astragali, Coicis Semen, Semen Phaseoli, Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli and Oryza Glutinosa respectively.
2. Boil Radix Astragali with 1000ml of water for 30 minutes, remove residues, add raw Coicis Semen and Semen Phaseoli, boil for 30 minutes, then add Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli and Oryza Glutinosa, and cook into porridge, once in the morning and once in the evening.
