Ingredients: ribs, lychee
Seasoning: onion, ginger, garlic, rock sugar, soy sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine, oyster sauce and sesame.
Steps:
1. Blanch the ribs in a pot with cold water, add ginger slices and wine, boil the bleeding foam and take it out for later use;
2. Heat oil in the pot, add onion and garlic and saute until the ribs are slightly burnt, and take them out for later use;
3. Stir-fry the crystal sugar in the pot until it melts, color the ribs, pour in a bowl of clear water, add five lychees, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and half a spoonful of soy sauce, and cook for 20 minutes;
4. Pour in the remaining litchi, collect the juice on low heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
