Homemade taro?

Try making taro chicken with red oil-

1. Peel, shred ginger, cut onion and red pepper, wash chicken and drain.

2. Wash the taro, put it in the pot, cook for about 20 minutes, peel it, and cut it into large pieces with a hob.

3. Add enough oil to the pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and pepper to the wok, and then add red oil to stir fry for fragrance.

4. Stir-fry the chicken in the pot, drain the water and stir-fry the taro evenly.

The bean paste itself is salty with soy sauce. You can decide whether you need salt or not.

5. Add cooking wine and soy sauce, add a little sugar to refresh, stir fry evenly, and stew together for about 20 minutes.

Stir-fry the pepper evenly, and the taro will be soft.
