Practice: 1. Prepare celery, green pepper and vegetarian steak (this is made of soybean protein and sold online). 2. Put celery and green pepper into the pot and stir-fry with water. 3. Add the cut vegetarian steak when it is medium-cooked. When the pan is dry, add water and stir-fry with a little salt.
