1. Choose a few potatoes and grind them into fine powder with a hammer (any tool will do).
2. After grinding, add proper amount of salt and 4: 1 starch. Other seasonings can be added or not according to your own taste.
3. Heat aluminum pot to drain the oil, pour the mixed potatoes and lay them flat. It should be a medium fire.
4. Cover it, turn it over for five or six minutes, and take it out when both sides are brown.
