Kumquat is two Jin
600 ~ 800g rock sugar/sugar
1. Wash kumquat, boil it in boiling water for 1 min, drain it and let it cool;
2. Draw 4 knives vertically all over the body and dig out the seeds with a small spoon (to ensure a better taste without seeds);
3. Sprinkle sugar on the treated kumquat surface, mix well, seal it with plastic wrap, and then let it stand overnight;
4. Take the kumquat out the next day, and the kumquat will come out of the water (so no extra water is needed) and start cooking. After boiling, turn to low heat to keep stirring and boiling (to prevent sticking to the pot);
5. The period is divided into three times, after the first cooking, turn off the fire, and wait until the surface moisture of kumquat is basically dry before the next cooking;
6. The picture shows the final color, which is darker, and then put it in a clean and dry bottle and stored in a cool and dry place/cold storage.
