"Why do you ask this question?" Instead of answering his question, I asked him a question. My rhetorical question, out of such thinking, if he only wants to know the literal meaning of "serious", he will ask Baidu. He asked me this question, indicating that he wanted an answer that Baidu didn't have. What's the direction of that answer? I can't guess, so I have to ask him.
"Tomorrow's recruitment, what questions can be seriously investigated." After I asked, he revised the question. Sure enough, what he wants is not the literal meaning of "earnest", but the definition of operation.
What is an operational definition? The definition is as follows: the process of discovering the observable, describable and measurable characteristics of the defined project in a controllable way.
Operation definition is not a dictionary definition, but a set of specific operation methods, similar to a recipe. There are three operational definitions of "earnest" in interview selection: earnest attitude, earnest habit and earnest ability.
1? Serious attitude is defined as: in face-to-face communication, when you hear a vague concept, you can ask questions and confirm the meaning of the concept before answering the questions. To test "serious attitude", we must first put a vague concept in the question. For example, Mr. X, according to Cuddy's shaping theory, everyone can shape himself through behavior. Have you tried this?
In this problem, Cuddy's modeling theory is pure fiction. If the candidate says he doesn't know what Cuddy's modeling theory is after listening to the question, please ask the interviewer to explain it further, which shows that he is very serious.
Of course, prepare a statement in advance. When candidates ask a rhetorical question, they will say that Di Ku's shaping theory is a self-shaping theory that has been adhered to for a long time and tried in small steps. In the test of "serious attitude", candidates get points if they ask questions, but they don't get points if they don't ask questions.
2? A serious habit is defined as: when you expect to receive important information, prepare a pen and paper and prepare to take notes. In order to test the "serious habit", before the interview, when the candidate sat down in the waiting room, a very friendly interview assistant gave the candidate an important hint: Mr. X, there are several important hints for you about this interview and the next interview. Can I get started?
At this time, the applicant said, wait a minute. I'll take a pen and paper to record it. If there is such a reaction, the "serious habit" is scored, and if there is no such reaction, the serious habit is not scored.
3? The definition of serious ability is: in the interview, by listening once, you can understand the situation description question of 120 words, remember the questioner's requirements, and give the answers as required in the subsequent answers.
To test "serious ability", first design a small question, for example, please explain how you tried various methods and finally solved a strange problem. After writing down small questions, add scenarios to this question, turn small questions into long questions, and make the number of words in the question reach 120 words.
The little question above, after adding the scene, becomes this long, long question: Mr. X, please give an example to illustrate your problem-solving ability. Last time you performed a strange task, you didn't know how to finish it. But you are not discouraged. You have tried more than three methods, such as observing others, buying books in bookstores, searching online, asking others for advice and so on. After many attempts, you finally succeeded in completing the task within the time limit. Please give examples, including three or more methods.
This question is just 120 words, and it takes 30 seconds to finish listening. The examinee can listen to this question clearly and answer it as required, which shows that he can concentrate on the lecture. Concentration is the foundation of serious ability.
After reading the question of 120, the interviewer will listen to the candidates' answers. If there are more than three methods in the answer, the candidate scores; if there are less than three methods, the candidate does not score. To sum up, the definition of serious operation includes serious attitude, serious habit and serious ability.
After I used the above definition once, I deleted "serious attitude" because the passing rate was too low and the meaning of choice was lost. 20 15 in Tsinghua, Peking university, National People's Congress exam, interview 192 undergraduate, master's job search. In the "critical" project, the results are as follows:
Serious attitude, tested 8 people, accounting for 4%.
Serious habits were detected by 13 1 person, accounting for 68%.
Serious ability, 146 people measured, accounting for 76%.
This result surprised me, because the pass rate of "serious attitude" was lower than I expected. I estimate that it is around 50%, and the real pass rate is only 4%. I told this result to my classmate abroad to see if he was interested and do a comparative test.
My classmate teaches abroad, and he is very interested in my proposal. According to my method, he organized an identical test in his university and interviewed 189 students. The results are as follows:
Serious attitude, 100%.
Serious habit, 6 1%.
Serious ability, 48%.
The two sets of data put together have a strong comparative value. Especially in the "serious attitude", the pass rate of international students is 100%, and the pass rate of domestic students is 4%. Why? What does this mean?
