5, breakfast: 230ml of milk, egg cake, shredded potatoes with green peppers, a fruit. Lunch: rice, shrimp tofu, fried vegetables, shrimp skin, radish soup. Dinner: steamed stuffed bun with meat and vegetables, laver and egg soup.
