How to prepare tremella when cooking?
Method of frying tremella fuciformis

Ingredients: tremella fuciformis, peanut kernel and cucumber.

Accessories: oil, salt, onion, ginger, sugar, monosodium glutamate, pepper and sesame oil.

Steps:

1. Wash the tremella and tear it into small flowers for later use.

2. Cucumber peeled, washed and cut into small strips, onion cut into sections and ginger shredded.

3. Pour the cooking oil into the wok, add the peanuts with cold oil, stir-fry slowly on low heat, and remove.

4. Leave the oil at the bottom of the pot, stir-fry the onion and ginger, add the tremella and stir-fry for a while.

5. Add cucumber and stir fry.

6. Add salt, sugar and pepper noodles and stir fry.

7. Pour in a little sesame oil and mix well.
