China liquor takes esters as the main compound flavor, takes distiller's yeast or yeast as sugar koji, and then uses starchy raw materials for cooking, saccharification, fermentation, distillation, aging and blending to brew various beverages. In fact, in a strict sense, the blended wine made from edible alcohol and edible spices is not really white wine.
