How to make thyme roast chicken wings?
Wash the chicken's midwings and cut them several times before and after, which will be more delicious when pickled.
Mix garlic slices and chopped green onion with soy sauce, oyster sauce and freshly ground black pepper, put them in a container and stir them evenly with chicken wings, seal them with plastic wrap and marinate them in the refrigerator for one night.
