Is egg custard a hair care product?
According to nutritionists, egg soup belongs to hair. Egg soup is a home-cooked dish suitable for all ages. Southerners like to call it "steamed egg", while northerners call it "egg soup".
The practice of egg soup
1. The surface of the selected eggs is shiny and rough, and the egg liquid does not shake obviously when shaking. Store in a cool place.
2. After cracking, the yolk is intact, the yolk liquid is clear and has no peculiar smell. Beat well with an egg beater. Add water and salt to the egg mixture and stir well. The ratio is: egg liquid: water = 1:2.5, and egg-water mixed liquid: salt = 1000: 6.
3. Spoon the evenly stirred egg-water mixture into the container, and the standard amount of each egg-water mixture is about 170g. Seal it with a lid.
4. Put the sealed egg liquid container into the steamer of electric rice cooker with boiling water, steam for 14 minutes, and then turn off the power.
5. Take out the steamed custard and put it on the table. Wipe the steamed water off the lid with a clean towel, and you can eat delicious custard.
