Shrimp skin is rich in protein and minerals, especially calcium and astaxanthin, which is the strongest antioxidant found so far.
Pig kidney contains zinc, iron, copper, phosphorus, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, protein, fat and carbohydrates.
Exercise 1. Wash pig kidney with clear water, wash shrimp, ginger and onion, and cut ginger and onion into sections for later use.
2. After slicing the pig kidney, add proper amount of oil, salt and cooking wine, mix the ginger slices evenly, and wait 10 minutes for curing.
3. Wash the rice, put it in the pot, add appropriate amount of water, and pour the shrimp skin and pork loin into the pot together.
4. After cooking, add the right amount of oil and salt, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
