Method for frying string sweet potato cake
Ingredients: sweet potato1(280g), glutinous rice flour 80g, sugar 20g, hot water and peanut oil.

Exercise:

1. Peel and chop the sweet potato, heat it in the microwave for 8 minutes, take it out and press it into paste.

2. Prepare a clean basin and pour in glutinous rice flour and sugar.

3. Pour in the sweet potato paste and add hot water while kneading until it becomes a slightly soft dough.

4. Divide into pills with uniform size, about 30g each, and press them into small cakes by hand.

5. Pour proper amount of peanut oil into the pot, and put cookies when it is 50% hot.
