Exercise:
(1) Insert the ribs with an awl and put them in a large plate. Pour in 3 or 4 tablespoons of barbecue sauce and 2 tablespoons of Korean barbecue sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 chopped garlic, and put in a large plate. Add 1 teaspoon pepper powder, 3-4 tablespoons Viagra and 2 tablespoons honey.
(2) Cover and marinate overnight.

Ingredients: whole rib 1 000g, garlic 4 tbsps (60g), oyster sauce 3 tbsps (45ml), cooking wine 2 tbsps (30ml), soy sauce 1 tbsps (15ml), sugar 2 tbsps (30g) and pepper/kloc.
Exercise:
(1) Rinse the whole ribs with clean water, then erect the ribs, cut them one by one along the gaps between the ribs, divide the ribs into several whole ribs, and then cut them into 7? 8cm long fragment.
(2) Put the water on the fire to boil, then blanch the ribs for 5 minutes, take them out and dry them for later use.
(3) Add garlic, oyster sauce, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and pepper to the ribs and marinate for 30 minutes. Wrap the marinated ribs with a layer of fried powder.
(4) Heat the oil to 60% heat, fry it slowly with a small fire, and add more oil (the ribs should be completely submerged), so that it can be fried evenly. Deep-fry until cooked, take it out, and sprinkle some pepper on the surface if you like.
The recipe of garlic-flavored sparerib crisp: 600g sparerib, 2 cucumbers, pepper 1, a little garlic, 2 tablespoons sweet potato powder, 5 garlic, seasoning A (1 egg, 1 white powder) and seasoning B (3 tablespoons broth, 1 teaspoon salt).
Exercise:
(1) After all the marinades are stirred evenly, add the washed and drained ribs into the marinades, stir slightly and marinate for about 30 minutes.
(2) Cucumber is cut into a semicircle of about 3cm, and pepper is cut into a length of about 1cm for later use.
(3) After the seasoning A is stirred and mixed, put it into the ribs marinated by the method 2 and dip it for later use.
(4) Wrap the ribs in method 3 with a thin layer of sweet potato powder for later use.
(5) Heat the wok, pour in a proper amount of oil, then fry in the ribs crisp of Method 4 for about 4 minutes, then turn to high fire for 1 minute until the ribs crisp is golden yellow, and drain the oil for later use.
