In order to effectively protect the aquatic biological resources in the Hanjiang River Basin, repair the ecological environment in the Hanjiang River Basin, and actively serve the overall situation of ecological civilization construction, governance system and modernization of governance capacity, according to the relevant provisions of the Fisheries Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Notice of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on the Scope and Time of Fishing Prohibition in Key Waters of the Yangtze River Basin, with the consent of the municipal government, we hereby notify you as follows:

First, a total ban on productive fishing in the Laohekou section of the Han River.

From 00: 00 on July 1 day in 2020 to 24: 00 on February 3 1 day in 2030, productive fishing is prohibited in the Laohekou section of the Hanjiang River. No-fishing area from Aijiagou in Hongshanzui Town to Chaidiangang in Xianrendu Town.

Fishing for special needs such as aquaculture, scientific research and monitoring shall be carried out in strict accordance with the time, area, type, fishing gear, variety and quota approved by the fishery administrative department of the State Council or the provincial fishery administrative department.

Two, no organization or individual may purchase, transport or sell the catch of the Laohekou section of the Han River.

No organization or individual may publicize, solicit or induce to eat the catch and its products in the Laohekou section of the Han River by publishing advertisements, making signboards or making recipes.

Three, prohibit fishing with boats, rafts and other floating objects in the Laohekou section of the Han River; It is forbidden to fish with multiple hooks by one person; The catch is prohibited from listing and trading.

Four, in violation of relevant laws and regulations and this notice, any organization or individual has the right to report to the relevant departments and organs.

The relevant departments and organs that accept the report shall promptly investigate and deal with it according to law, and keep the information of the informant confidential.

Five, in violation of this notice, causing damage to the fishery resources in the Laohekou section of the Han River, it shall bear the liability for compensation for resource damage according to law, and shall be given administrative punishment in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
