1. A piece of old tofu, 10 black fungus, one hot pepper, 1 garlic, appropriate amount of oyster sauce, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of oil, and appropriate amount of salt.
2. Cut all the tofu prepared in advance diagonally and crosswise, and then cut it into thin slices, about 4mm thick.
3. Remove the roots of all the black fungus prepared in advance, rinse and cut into shreds, cut the pepper into thin slices diagonally, and mince the garlic.
4. Pour a little more oil into the pot than usual for cooking, put the cut triangular tofu into the pot and fry until both sides are brown and take it out. The pot is smaller and completed in two steps.
5. After continuing to heat all the remaining oil in the oil pan, add the garlic prepared in advance and slowly stir-fry until fragrant.
6. Then add the black fungus shreds prepared in advance to the pot, stir-fry for a while, then add the peppers and stir-fry until they are almost cooked.
7. After placing the fried triangular tofu at the end, add a tablespoon of oyster sauce, a tablespoon of light soy sauce, and a small amount of salt. Stir evenly and serve.
8. Arrange the plate and serve. The tofu is fragrant and the black fungus is crispy.
