Recipe: Mushrooms and Melons
Steps: Rinse the meat with cold water, stir-fry it in the oil pan until it is half cooked, and pour in the mushrooms. Stir-fry for a while, add seasoning such as salt and chicken essence, and take out.
Tips:
1. I chose the big white Pleurotus ostreatus. When cleaning, soak for a while and clean up the dirty things one by one, which will make it easier to clean. Because the handle of mushrooms is generally thick and difficult to taste, it should be torn off from the handle.
2. Mushrooms will come out when frying, so put the salt later. Adding salt earlier will bring out more water.
I like to add some steamed fish and soy sauce from Lee Kum Kee to make this dish, which tastes fresh and sweet. Just a personal hobby.
Fried meat with mushrooms 1:
1, heat oil in a pan, and fry the meat slices first. Stir-fry the sliced meat and take it out of the pan.
2, add oil to the pot, pour the mushroom slices into the oil, add salt and stir fry. You can add a small amount of chicken essence and pepper to taste.
3. After the mushroom slices are cooked, pour in the meat slices and stir fry for a while.
