Cut off the head and tail of the loofah, scrape off the skin and rinse. Cut the loofah into hob blocks. Put the cut loofah into clean water and add a little salt. So the loofah won't turn black. Add some water and salt to the eggs and mix well. Heat the wok with oil, fry the eggs until cooked, and take them out for later use. Leave the bottom oil in the pan and add garlic and millet pepper to taste. Pour out the light salt water soaked in loofah, and stir-fry the loofah in the pot.
Stir-fry the loofah until it breaks, add salt and stir well. Add fried eggs. Add oyster sauce and stir well.
