The practice of steaming vegetables
Wash the vegetables and put them on a plate. Boil the water in the pot. Steam the vegetables on the steamer for 3 minutes.
Mix the juice according to your own preferences. I usually mix a spoonful of sesame oil, garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar and so on.
Take out the vegetables after steaming, and evenly pour the adjusted juice to eat.

1. The steaming time may vary with different firepower, usually 2-5 minutes, and you can find it after several attempts. But don't take too long, because vegetables will turn yellow if steamed for a long time, which is not only unsightly, but also has poor taste and nutrition. It is best to use a steamer with timing function, and the time can be accurately timed.
2. The sauce is suitable for people. I generally don't put salt because soy sauce itself is salty. You can also add some pepper oil and ginger sauce, which should taste good.
