The simpl way to braise fish in soy sauce
The common practice of braising fish pieces is as follows:

Raw materials: 500g of fish, 0/5g of ginger/kloc-,0/5g of garlic/kloc-,50g of green pepper and 0/5g of starch/kloc-.
