100 the practice of home-cooked soup
Ingredients: half a duck, 1 slice of pickled ginger, 6 slices of old altar sour radish, 1 radish, 10 ml cooking wine, 4-6 slices of ginger and a handful of dried peppers.

1. Prepare the main ingredients, as shown in the figure below.

2. Add enough water to the pot, and add washed duck pieces, ginger slices, dried peppers and cooking wine, as shown below.

3. Keep blanching for 2-3 minutes after the fire boils, as shown below.

4. Remove the floating water on the surface and clean it with warm water, as shown in the figure below.

5. Put it in a saucepan, add enough water, open the lid and bring to a boil. As shown in the figure below, scoop out the floating water with a spoon.

6. Cut sour radish and pickled ginger into thick slices and add them, as shown below.

7. Cover and stew for about 2-3 hours, as shown below.

8. Peel the radish and cut it into strips, as shown below.

9. Add the saucepan and continue to cook for about 30 minutes until the radish is completely cooked, as shown below.

10. Serve at last, as shown in the figure below.
