How to make kimchi at home

Stir-fried shredded lotus root

Material: fresh lotus root

Seasoning: ginger, pepper, vinegar, salt, chicken essence and sugar.

How to do it:

1. Choose fresh lotus root (tender is the best), peel it, wash it, cut it vertically, and then shred it. Soak lotus root silk in cold water to wash cassava starch, and then control the drying moisture for later use;

2. Cut 5-6 slices of ginger into shreds and put them together with lotus root shreds;

3. Add some oil to the pot to boil, then add a small amount of Chili (you can add some dried Chili if you like spicy food) and stir-fry until fragrant. Immediately put the lotus root shreds and ginger slices into the pot, add a small amount of vinegar, stir-fry quickly twice, and then add a small amount of water to cover the lid;

4. Cover the pot cover for more than ten seconds, add salt and a small amount of chicken essence (not put), and stir evenly;
