Jellyfish is a very beautiful aquatic zooplankton. Its shape is like a transparent umbrella, and the diameter of the umbrella is large or small. The diameter of the umbrella of the big jellyfish can reach 2 meters. There are some whisker-like tentacles on the edge of the umbrella, and some tentacles can be as long as 20-30 meters.

From August to September, jellyfish often float on the sea in groups, and sometimes they are hit and stranded on the beach. When fishing, first pierce the umbrella with a long tag and then catch it with a net. Soak in lime and alum after catching. Then squeeze out the water from its body, wash it clean and marinate it with salt, which is the jellyfish we often eat.
