Ingredients: 350g shrimp, oil 1 tablespoon, salt 1 teaspoon, liquor 1 teaspoon, 2 teaspoons starch, 30g cucumber, 30g carrot and 30g corn kernels.
1. Prepare all materials as shown in the figure below.
2. As shown in the figure below, wash the shrimp and remove the shrimp line.
