Ingredients: 250g bean shoots.

Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, 5g of coriander.

1. Wash and cut the coriander.

2. The bean shoots must be soaked in cold water. If soaked in boiling water, the bean shoots will become soft.
