Braised rice with mushroom and chicken
Prepare ingredients.
Soak the chicken legs in water, wash them, remove the bones and cut them into dices, and marinate them with ginger and cooking wine.
Dice carrots, potatoes, mushrooms and onions.
(Wash the mushrooms and soak them in clear water for later use)
Cool the oil in a hot pan, add chopped green onion and ginger, and stir-fry diced chicken.
Add sugar, salt and soy sauce and stir well.

Saute mushrooms, carrots, potatoes and diced onions. Add salt or not according to salinity.
Add the mushroom water before.
Note: the amount of water depends on the amount of stew you have.
Add the washed rice, pour it all into the rice cooker and press the rice stall. Wait for dinner. A simple meal.
Delicious and visible braised rice is out of the pot.
