2. Beef ribs 400g, potatoes 120g, rice 200g, onions 10g, ginger 6g, sugar 10g, oyster sauce 1 spoon, cooking wine 1 spoon, and soy sauce/kloc-0. Wash and blanch the ribs for later use. Stir-fry shallots and ginger in hot oil in a pan. Pour in the drained ribs and fry them on both sides until golden brown. Add sugar and stir-fry until brown. Add oyster sauce, cooking wine and soy sauce and continue to stir fry. Add salt, and then stir-fry the cut potatoes evenly. Wash rice in a rice cooker or pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, pour in ribs and sauce, and bring to a boil.
3. 500 grams of beef ribs, peas 150 grams, corn 100 grams, a potato, chopped green onion and ginger slices 10 grams. Put the ribs in cold water, bring them to a boil, take them out and wash them, heat the oil in the pot, add the ribs and ginger slices and stir fry. Add two spoonfuls of fresh soy sauce, one spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of salt, two spoonfuls of yellow wine (no cooking wine) and chopped green onion to the pot. Stir-fry the ribs over medium heat until the water in the pot is dry. Put the fried spareribs, corn, peas, 250g of rice, water with the same volume as the rice, and proper amount of salt into the rice cooker. Put it into an electric cooker and follow the normal cooking procedure.
