There are noodles in supermarkets, just buy the raw materials for cold noodles. The recipe is as follows:
Product name: Liangpi
Ingredients: One piece of Liangpi, appropriate amount of gluten, 1 cucumber, half a tomato, appropriate amount of coriander, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp of sugar, salt 1 tsp, 1 tsp chicken essence, a few drops of sesame oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, balsamic vinegar 2 tsp light soy sauce, 0.5 tsp dark soy sauce, 3.5 tsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp yellow mustard, 2 tbsp chili oil, cooked 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds, secret seasoning
Method:
1. Rinse the cold skin gluten in cold water to remove greasiness.
2. Press 2 cloves of garlic into minced garlic, add half a bowl of cold water, and set aside.
3. Add half a bowl of water to boil the peppercorns, star anise and bay leaves in the secret recipe, then turn off the heat and let cool.
4. Shred the cucumber, chop half a tomato, and cut off the coriander.
5. Put the ingredients in step 4 and the cold skin gluten into a larger bowl.
6. Add the garlic juice soaked in step 2.
7. Add the secret sauce cooked in step 3.
8. One spoon of sugar, one spoon of salt, 1 spoon of chicken essence, and 1 spoon of yellow mustard.
9. A few drops of finely ground sesame oil.
10. Put a tablespoon of white sesame seeds into a plastic bag, crush them with a rolling pin, and pour them into the cold skin.
11. 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoons dark soy sauce, and 3.5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
